Working together with creative teams and clients to define the project. Documenting the resulting project scope, user journeys and wireframes.
Working out the initial project plan and keep it up to date as the project develops. Planning in resources accordingly.
Working out the best production method based on brief, timing and budget together with the production team. Keeping the project within the budget as it evolves without compromising quality.
